How much should I charge per square foot to clean, strip and wax 1800 sqare feet of an office?

We do side jobs and I wanted to know more or less how much per square feet one should charge for 1800 square feet. We have to clean, strip and wax the floor. Please, if someone has a idea, I would appreciate it. thanks

figure materials plus 15%, then figure your man hours to do it, then multiply by the going hourly rate for your trade.

1. $100 in material
2. $15 material mark-up to purchase, fuel, etc.
3. $20 hr times 3 hours for 2 guys = 6 man hours
4.$235 total
